HAZELNUT DUKKAH
Drawing on traditional Hazelnut Dukkah recipes, Seven Sisters' Spices toasted blend of nuts & spices, whole & ground, is a very versatile and handy ingredient to have in your kitchen. It is delicious on eggs whether they be fried, scrambled or boiled - top a bowl of hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous spoonful of Hazelnut Dukkah, or our favourite, use some to top a tomato & basil salad.

Ingredients:
Hazelnuts (allergen), Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds (allergen), Nigella Seeds, Maldon Sea Salt, Organic Fennel Seeds, Organic Cumin Seeds, Organic Coriander Seeds, Organic Paprika.

PECAN DUKKAH
The first thing we do when preparing our Pecan & Maple Syrup Dukkah is roast our pecans in maple syrup & Maldon sea salt. Once combined with cinnamon, orange peel & caraway, we have found that people like to eat this dukkah all on it's own! It is also lovely in a crumble topping or sprinkled onto fruit, yoghurt or the cream cheese icing on a carrot cake.

Ingredients:
Pecan Nuts (allergen), Maple Syrup, Maldon Sea Salt, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds (allergen), Golden Linseed, Chai Seed, Caraway, Organic Cinnamon & Organic Orange Peel.

PISTACHIO DUKKAH
Seven Sisters' Spices Pistachio & Rose Dukkah is a raw & lightly sweetened blend. As with our Pecan & Maple Syrup Dukkah, Pistachio & Rose is delicious on fruit or sprinkled on yoghurt. It can be added to biscuit dough or sprinkled onto cake or biscuit icing before it has hardened. So very versatile, we are confident that you will find your own special ways to use it.

Ingredients:
Pistachio Nuts (allergen), Rose Petals, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Golden Linseed, Chai Seed, Coconut Blossom Nectar, Dried Organic Citrus Peel, Organic Cardamom.

ZA'ATAR
We blend our Za'atar with thyme grown on our Lewes allotment when the seasons allow, if not we use organic thyme.

Ingredients:
Toasted Sesame Seed*; Sumac; Thyme.

CHILLI SALT
A really versatile store cupboard standard - smokey with Chipotle chillies & savoury with cumin & sesame seeds you can sprinkle Seven Sisters' Spices Chilli Salt on near enough any savoury food! Particularly good with eggs or when making roast potato wedges.

Maldon Sea Salt; Chipotle Chilli; Smoked Paprika; Cumin Seeds; Sesame Seeds*; Black Pepper; Coriander; Turmeric.

An Indian savoury sprinkle, fiery with Kashmiri Chilli - hence the name!
