A classic West Asian kebab spice blend, Seven Sisters' Spices Shawarma is delicious with lamb & chicken. We believe it is at its best when mixed with a little olive oil, lemon juice & garlic and used as a marinade for meat. But it is also delicious thrown over some chickpeas as they fry with sliced onion & olive oil.

Organic Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamom Pods, Fenugreek, Fennel, Star Anis, Ginger, Paprika, Cinnamon & Non organic Nutmeg, & Sumac
