A classic Middle Eastern kebab spice blend, Seven Sisters' Spices Shawarma is delicious with lamb & chicken. We believe it is at its best when mixed with a little olive oil, lemon juice & garlic and used as a marinade for meat. But it is also delicious thrown over some chickpeas as they fry with sliced onion & olive oil.
