As is traditional, our 'top of the shelf' Ras El Hanout spice is a celebration of a broad range of delicious spices. With 18 individual ingredients, our Ras El Hanout offers a complexity of flavours that is a joy to cook with.

Cumin, Coriander, Ginger, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Fennel, All Spice, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cloves, Paprika & Non Organic Rose, Saffron, Nutmeg, Caraway, Mace, Brown Cardamom, Cayenne
