Our ever popular workshop How to Cook a Killer Curry is all about the flavours of London Indian Curry Houses. This workshop follows a similar format with the focus being on fusion flavours inspired by various dishes from Southern & East Asia.
During this one day workshop, led by Seven Sisters' Spices founder & qualified teacher Chloe Edwards, a delicious selection of dishes with their roots in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam & Bali will be cooked and shared - with plenty of left overs to take home! While Chloe is a qualified teacher please note that the food prepared in this session will be interpretations of the regional dishes rather than authentically rooted in the cuisines of the area.
Workshops have space for 4 attendees.
This workshop includes meat, fish & vegan/vegetarian dishes.
This workshop will take place in our kitchen on Farley Farm, Chiddingly.
