Alchemy of Spice is all about the magic of cooking with spices. This is the first workshop Chloe ever put together and it remains hugely popular 10 years on.
Suitable for novice and proficient cooks alike, this workshop will introduce the delights of cooking with spices - whole, ground, roasted & raw, with a focus on food of Palestine and the further Levantine region.

As with all Seven Sisters' Spices workshops there will be a mixture of individual, group and pair work, with some short demos from Chloe and lots of hands on cooking action from you! We will work together to create a many dished lunch to share and enjoy, and there will be left overs to take home too.
Workshops have space for 4 attendees.

All the dishes are vegan or vegetarian.

Cost includes lunch & food to take away.

This workshop will take place in my kitchen on Farley Farm, Chiddingly.
I am now offering evening sessions of some of my workshops, these are an hour shorter in duration.

REFUNDS - refunds on cancelled workshop places can only be given if the place is refilled and they will have a 15% admin fee deducted from the amount of the refund. Last minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
