What makes a curry a really good 'curry'?

Here at Seven Sisters' Spices we believe there are many factors and they are all rooted in Chloe's years spent in London - it's to do with the freshness and vibrancy of flavours in the spices, the textures and aromas in the paste, the good long cooking that allows the oils to separate from the other liquid to create that beautiful colour contrast. And there is so much more besides...

There's the naan, chapati or roti that you mop it all up with. The fragrance of the rice, the garlic nuttiness of the dal, sweet sharpness of the chutneys & cool minty creaminess of the raita....

During this one day workshop, led by Seven Sisters' Spices founder & qualified teacher Chloe Edwards, a delicious selection of London Curry House style Indian food will be cooked and shared - with plenty of left overs to take home!
Workshops have space for 4 attendees.

This workshop includes meat, fish & vegan/vegetarian dishes.

This workshop will take place in the kitchen on Farley Farm, Chiddingly.
