The first thing we do when preparing our Pecan & Maple Syrup Dukkah is roast our pecans in maple syrup & Maldon sea salt. Once combined with cinnamon, orange peel & caraway, we have found that people like to eat this dukkah all on it's own! It is also lovely in a crumble topping or sprinkled onto fruit, yoghurt or the cream cheese icing on a carrot cake.
