Making Summer Simple is a booklet of 17 recipes with an introduction full of tips and tricks aimed at making summer food preparation a quick, easy and delicious joy.
While some of the recipes may take a little time to put together, they can be used in so many different ways that a little effort can then feed across a number of dishes and meals.

This booklet has come about thanks to my food blog over on Substack, where I’ve been sharing writing since 2022, and if you take the time to search through the index over there you will find all of the recipes found here. I thought that it was worth collating these few under the Making Summer Simple heading first for your convenience but second as a way to hopefully secure a cashflow boost! I am viewing this publication as a form of mini crowdfund and there are 2 different ways to get your hands on a copy….

I believe very much in not making my recipes restrictively expensive, this is why I publish everything on Substack for free (so you might want to buy a copy here and pop over to Substack to become a free subscriber!)
