Friday Food Menu for delivery on June 12th.

How it works - Each week we offer a choice of main dishes that come accompanied with 3 extra dishes, commonly a rice dish, a vegetable side & a condiment of some sort. We also offer 2-3 extra side dishes for those with healthy appetites!

Seven Sisters' Spices Fresh & Ready Dinners are home prepared using as many locally grown organic ingredients as possible and flavoured with our own spice blends and mixes, also predominantly organic. They are delivered cold, ready for you to warm through. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR KITCHEN IS VERY SMALL AND CROSS CONTAMINATION OF ALLERGENS IS LIKELY.

THIS WEEK'S MENU:

BALINESE SLOW ROASTED PORK with COCONUT RICE, COLESLAW with HERBS & SWEET CHILLI DRESSING & DABU DABU - £16.00
Pork shoulder marinaded in a fragrant Balinese spice paste of nuts, ginger, spices and lemongrass and then slow roasted till meltingly tender. The crispest crackling flavoured with turmeric, salt & a little chilli and all in a gravy of the roasting juices, onions & marinade. One of my favourite dishes! Goes so well with smooth coconut rice, crisp cabbage salad & Dabu-Dabu, an Indonesian sambal made with tomatoes, chilli, citrus & shallots.
Ingredients: Pork shoulder, black pepper, nutmeg, MACADAMIA NUTS, (allergen - nuts), SESAME SEEDS (allergen), shallots, ginger, garlic, turmeric, lemongrass, fresh chilli, SHRIMP PASTE (allergen - shellfish), sugar, salt, olive oil, lime juice.

VEGETABLE KATSU CURRY with COCONUT RICE, COLESLAW with HERBS & SWEET CHILLI DRESSING & DABU DABU - £15.00
Sweet potato, bell peppers, courgette & aubergine deep fried in panko breadcrumbs & served with Katsu Curry Sauce made with my own Madras Curry Powder - vegan & gluten free version available - please specify at the check out. Delicious served with smooth coconut rice, crisp cabbage salad & Dabu-Dabu, an Indonesian sambal made with tomatoes, chilli, citrus & shallots.
Ingredients: Aubergine, sweet potato, bell peppers, courgette, EGG (allergen), PANKO BREAD CRUMBS (allergen - gluten), carrot, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, Madras Curry Powder.

All orders are subject to a £5.00 delivery fee. If you would like to collect your food from central Lewes after 5.30pm or Muddles Green over lunch time and by arrangement please use the discount code PICKUP at the checkout.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver widely in Lewes District including Ringmer, Kingston, Glynde, Firle, Barcombe, Cooksbridge, Plumpton and east to Chiddingly, Golden Cross, Hailsham, Polegate, Wilmington, Alfriston.....south to Seaford & Newhaven - now that we are in Muddles Green we offer deliveries in a radius around our new location including south to Hailsham and North to East Hoathly not yet Eastbourne or north to Haywards Heath but please contact us to arrange collection if you like.Deliveries are made on Friday day times & early evenings, you will be emailed a delivery slot with warming through instructions on Thursday.
