How it works - Each week we offer a choice of main dishes that come accompanied with 3 extra dishes, commonly a rice dish, a vegetable side & a condiment of some sort. We also offer 2-3 extra side dishes for those with healthy appetites!

Seven Sisters' Spices Fresh & Ready Dinners are home prepared using as many locally grown organic ingredients as possible and flavoured with our own spice blends and mixes, also predominantly organic. They are delivered cold, ready for you to warm through. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR KITCHEN IS VERY SMALL AND CROSS CONTAMINATION OF ALLERGENS IS LIKELY.

If you would like brown rice instead of white, please select the 20p supplement from the drop down menu, 1 for every portion you would like.

BEEF KOFTA CURRY with PILAU RICE, PANCH PHORAN ROASTED SEASONAL VEGETABLES & HERB RAITA - £14.50
Organic minced beef marinated for 24 hours before being rolled into balls and fried and then finished in a rich tomato sauce. Medium hot.
Allergens: EGG, MUSTARD SEEDS

BUTTER SALMON with PILAU RICE, PANCH PHORAN ROASTED SEASONAL VEGETABLES & HERB RAITA - £16.00
Here we treat salmon as we would the chicken in Butter Chicken, marinated in spiced yoghurt, briefly grilled before being finished in a rich tomato sauce finished with butter & cream. Mild.

VEGETABLE MAKHANAWALA, PILAU RICE, PANCH PHORAN ROASTED SEASONAL VEGETABLES & HERB RAITA - £14.00
A rich Goan curry made with seasonal vegetables in a buttery creamy sauce - please state when ordering if you would like a vegan version. Medium hot.

All orders are subject to a £5.00 delivery fee. If you would like to collect your food from central Lewes after 5.30pm or Muddles Green over lunch time and by arrangement please use the discount code PICKUP at the checkout.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver widely in Lewes District including Ringmer, Kingston, Glynde, Firle, Barcombe, Cooksbridge, Plumpton and east to Chiddingly, Golden Cross, Hailsham, Polegate, Wilmington, Alfriston.....south to Seaford & Newhaven - now that we are in Muddles Green we offer deliveries in a radius around our new location including south to Hailsham and North to East Hoathly not yet Eastbourne or north to Haywards Heath but please contact us to arrange collection if you like.Deliveries are made on Friday day times & early evenings, you will be emailed a delivery slot with warming through instructions on Thursday.
