BRINJAL PICKLE
Made with aubergine, ginger, garlic & a myriad of spices, Seven Sisters' Spices Brinjal Pickle is our most popular condiment, we think it's because of the special tang the tamarind gives to all the other flavours.

Ingredients:
Aubergine; Vegetable Oil; Cider Vinegar; Root Ginger; Garlic; Black Mustard Seeds*; Kashmiri Chilli; Turmeric; Cumin; Fenugreek; Sugar; Tamarind Paste; Curry Leaves; Salt

AUBERGINE MOJU
Very different in flavour and consistency to Brinjal Pickle but no less delicious for it, Aubergine Moju is a Sri Lankan pickle. Aubergine and onions are both deep fried before being steeped in a liquor of sugar, tamarind, cardamom, cinnamon & Kashmiri chilli powder.

Ingredients:
Aubergine; Onion; Water; Vegetable Oil; Cinnamon; Cardamom; Tamarind; Kashmiri Chilli Powder; Sugar; Salt.
