Do you want to learn how to preserve lemons, pickle vegetables in 5 minutes & create delicious flavour bombs to add to a myriad of dishes? Then come and join Chloe Edwards from Seven Sisters' Spices for this spiced up one day workshop.
If you have any, bring your glut of home grown produce along to the Seven Sisters’ Spices kitchen, make pickles and chutneys and share the produce with your fellow workshop attendees.
Perfect for the season, this workshop is aimed at reducing food waste by capitalizing on quantities of produce, but which wont leave you with countless jars of the same thing, rather a selection of pickles, preserves and other spiced goods.
While we steep, roast & pickle we will also prepare a tasty spiced lunch together, all the better to test our produce!
