How it works - Each week we offer a choice of main dishes that come accompanied with 3 extra dishes, commonly a rice dish, a vegetable side & a condiment of some sort. We also offer 2-3 extra side dishes for those with healthy appetites!

CHICKEN RENDANG with COCONUT RICE, MUSTARD GREENS & SAMBAL OELEK - £14.00
We make our Rendang spice paste with fresh coconut & always start with whole spices that we grind to use straight away, ensuring bright intense flavours. Locally sourced chicken thigh meat cooked in chilli hot rending spices with coconut milk, lemongrass, tamarind, lime leaves & cinnamon.

HOT & SOUR FISH STEW with COCONUT RICE, MUSTARD GREENS & SAMBAL OELEK - £14.00
Locally sourced mackerel fillets in a vibrant broth fragrant with lemongrass, fresh mint & coriander & with a tang from shrimp paste & tamarind.

vegan - NYONYA STYLE VEGETABLE CURRY with COCONUT RICE, MUSTARD GREENS & SAMBAL OELEK - £14.00
A variety of vegetables cooked in a broth made with fresh paste – lemongrass, fresh turmeric, galangal…finished with coconut milk & vegan fish style sauce.

Seven Sisters' Spices Fresh & Ready Dinners are home prepared using as many locally grown organic ingredients as possible and flavoured with our own spice blends and mixes, also predominantly organic. They are delivered cold, ready for you to warm through.

All orders are subject to a £5.00 delivery fee.
If you would like to collect your food from central Lewes after 5.30pm or Muddles Green over lunch time and by arrangement please use the discount code PICKUP at the checkout.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver widely in Lewes District and east to Chiddingley, Golden Cross, Hailsham, Polegate, Wilmington, Alfriston.....south to Seaford & Newhaven - now that we are in Muddles Green we offer deliveries in a radius around our new location including south to Hailsham and North to East Hoathly not yet Eastbourne or north to Haywards Heath but please contact us to arrange collection if you like.

Deliveries are made on Friday day times & early evenings, you will be emailed a delivery slot with warming through instructions on Thursday.
